Woofs and Wags

With more than 25 years of experience in the pet care industry, an American Kennel Club recognized Breeder of Merit and a Breeder/Exhibitor of many Champions, Kennel Manager Shawn Fuller, along with co-owner Paul Chrzanowski, have formed a team of qualified providers with one goal in mind, your pet’s care. This is something we take very seriously as we understand how important they are to you. We strive to provide the best “complete pet care experience for our guests.” Our pet boarding experience includes a quality diet, good exercise, peaceful areas for rest, consistent and frequent monitoring, one on one time with each guest, expert veterinarian support if needed, and a passion for animals.


Having taken over the company from others, new owners Paul and Shawn had their work cut out for them. The company didn’t have the most shining online reputation, they had no website, and they needed to get the word out about the new management. Eyler Creative was brought in to do some reputation management, website design and development, and more to promote the changing business and to highlight their love for dogs and other pets.

    We wanted to get the word out about Woofs and Wags' services in the Baltimore area, so we made sure to optimize the site's pages to ensure it appears in Google and Bing searches.

  • Online Reputation Management

    Since the previous owners were not as devoted to the copmany as its current owners, the online reputation was less-than-stellar at the beginning. We worked directly with Google to remove misleading reviews that were related to the previous owners and situation, and no the glowing reviews reflect the nature of this great business.

  • Website Design & Development

    They needed a website, and we were happy to provide. The simple and clean design clearly lays out their services and offerings and makes it easy to get in touch or make a reservation for your pet.

  • Content & Inbound Marketing

    To help to cultivate and maintain their rankings on Google and Bing, we came up with a solid and regular content strategy that is still ongoing. Regular blogs about pet-related subjects not only helps with SEO, but also provides pieces of interest to those coming to the website or looking at their social media pages.

  • Brand Strategy Devleopment

    They needed branding, and we delivered. The logo is simple, but captures their personality and main services. The tagline beneath the company name is a clever play on words that ties it all together.


We’re thrilled about the progress that we’ve been able to make during the course of our partnership with Woofs and Wags. Since 2015, we’ve seen great leaps in traffic to the new site, their ranking within SERPs, the number of contact form fills, calls, and online reservations, and more. We have a feeling our work with Woofs and Wags will continue to benefit them over time, if past results are any indication!
