Joe Lemmon, Principal of WorkLife Xcel, came to us because he wanted to reinvigorate website for the business. Their existing website was a bit dated and minimal, and they wanted to add more modern site features such as a team development survey, an email sign up, and blog. Essentially, they were looking for a website that better detailed their offerings and gave users more information regarding the organization’s capabilities and strengths.
We partnered with Joe to take time to fully understand his goals for the site redesign, identify the company’s target audiences, and what additions they’d like to see on the site. We discussed our recommendations for a modern design, an updated site architecture, and content organization strategy that would be clear and intuitive for their visitors. Joe also expressed interest in creating an online survey that gave organization leaders a better idea of the strengths and weaknesses of their teams – a critical but often overlooked issue for organizations – so potential clients could better understand team synergy, dynamics and performance potential.
